Monica graduated from the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science in 1997. She joined the team at Oslo Animal Hospital in 2000 and became their CEO in 2006. She obtained a National Specialist Degree in Small Animal Diseases in 2005. Oslo Animal Hospital joined IVC Evidensia in 2012. Three years later Monica became Evidensia Norway’s Country Medical Director, still combining this position with weekly clinical work at the hospital focusing on internal medicine, reptiles and ophthalmology.
Monica has represented Norway in GVMB (formerly EVMB) since 2013. She chaired GVMB in 2018. She is also the Chairman of the Norwegian Small Animal Specialist Group.
