We’re delighted to announce that we have appointed Rachel King as our new Group Chief People Officer, joining on 30 March 2026, and Sam Williams as our new Chief People Officer, UK & Ireland, joining in March 2026.

Rachel brings deep experience leading people strategy in complex and changing organisations, including at the BBC, the Crown Prosecution Service, and Spire Healthcare Group, while Sam brings extensive operational people leadership experience from her time with Bupa Dental Care, Amplifon and Go-Ahead Group
