Ethnic Diversity Scholarship Scheme

A new scholarship scheme aimed at improving diversity within the veterinary industry.

Committed to supporting people from ethnic backgrounds

We believe in a level playing field for all in the veterinary industry, which is why we have launched our Ethnic Diversity scholarship scheme.

This commitment will be focused on investing in and supporting people from ethnic minority backgrounds to start their career as a veterinary professional. Our Scholarship programme is part of our wider commitment to supporting ethnic diversity across the veterinary professions and within our business.

Successful candidates will be awarded an annual grant, mentoring from our Ethnic Diversity scholarship board members and a support network to help them through their studies.

How do I apply?

  1. Complete the application form telling us about your interests and experience of the veterinary industry and why we should consider you for our Ethnic Diversity scholarship scheme.
  2. We will then be in touch to discuss your application and what the next steps of the process are.

You need to be a UK or EU citizen who has applied to study at one of the UK or ROI veterinary schools.

Already studying at university or just finished?
