Independent Vetcare To Host Referral CPD Stream At London Vet Show

Monday, November 5, 2018

With just a few weeks to go until London Vet Show opens its doors at ExCel London, the finishing touches will be made to many a lecturer’s presentation, including those of 8 referral vets from practices within the Independent Vetcare group.

Vets from across the IVC network will be delivering the excellent referral stream CPD, only available to delegates on Thursday 15th November in gallery suites 11 & 12.

“We are thrilled to have been invited to be responsible for the content of the referrals stream at LVS and to take such an active role in providing CPD at such a prestigious annual event. Thanks to the growing number of practices joining IVC and strengthening our referral network, we have been able to put together an outstanding programme covering a wide variety of disciplines and some very topical subjects”  Chris Trickey, MA, VetMB, MRCVS – IVC Group Veterinary Advisor for Referrals.

In addition to lectures, staff from across the IVC referrals network as well as representatives from their Clinical Board, Farm Animal Advisory Board and Equine Advisory Board will be at the IVC stand (L60) throughout the two-day event to provide to discuss all things veterinary.

The winter-chalet-themed stand will also be offering visitors hot chocolate throughout the day and something slightly stronger later in the afternoon, along with other sweet treats. They will also be giving out rainbow lanyards in support of the veterinary LGBT+ community.
